Very slow receiving process. Long wait times with poor communication and little regard for drivers’ time. Delays happen regularly, making it difficult to stay on schedule. Management needs to improve efficiency and respect for drivers.”

Good place to deliver. Entrance is from Industrial Rd. Enterprise Ave is Exit only. Approach gate and pressed button. Advise purpose. Enter and park opposite the docks. Check-in beside door 1. They seem to be first come first serve.

I had a 6am appointment. I got here early and parked on Enterprise Ave. Now the gate entrance is on Enterprise and around 5:30 I pulled into the gate and parked across from the docks and checked in at Door 1 and was given a call around 6:15 after all there delivery trucks moved and left. There's plenty of room for backing in doors. From what I saw, they use doors 1 - 4 for unloading. The unloading time wasn't that bad but then I only had a couple pallets. Everyone was friendly, No complaints here..
